Sandstone Creek Apartments offers fully renovated 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms floorplans, conveniently located within minutes to shopping and entertainment.  

One-bedroom rental rate start from $900 - $955

Two-bedroom rental rate start from $1,100 - $1,155

We allow both cats and dogs.

Sandstone Creek has 2 separate sides to the property. Each side offers a unique set up for utilities that should fit everyone's needs. 

Sandstone Creek Side: 

-Electric/Gas account is individually metered 

-water is a low flat monthly rate based off your floorplan size

Old Mill Pond Side:

-Electric account is individually metered (no gas)

-Water is individually metered

 -Application fee is only $35 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply.

-Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent with approved credit

-We offer 12 month lease terms

-We offer Deposit & Co-Signer programs.

Onsite maintenance will assist during business hours for any repair needs that may arise and an we have an after hours call center to handle any unexpected emergencies. We also offer a convenient app to notify us of any issues that arise in your apartment.
